Adele might have Playboy foursome season 1 episode 2just confirmed one of her fans' worst fears -- that she might never tour again.

The note was posted on Instagram by a fan:

It is unclear whether the letter was in all the programmes. Mashable has contacted Adele's agents and Wembley's management to confirm that.
"So this is it. After 15 months on the road and 18 months of 25we are at the end," the 29-year-old star wrote.
"Touring is a peculiar thing, it doesn't suit me particularly well. I'm a real homebody and I get so much joy in the small things."
"Plus, I'm dramatic and have a terrible history of touring. Until now that is! Until now that is! I’ve done 119 shows and these last 4 will take me up to 123, it has been hard out an absolute thrill and pleasure to have done.”
The singer, who's from Tottenham, north London, said she was happy that her final shows were taking place in the UK capital:
"And I wanted my final shows to be in London because I don't know if I'll ever tour again and so I want my last time to be at home. Thank you for coming, for all of your ridiculous love and kindness. I will remember all of this for the rest of my life. Love you. Goodnight for now."
It is not the first time Adele has hinted at ending her live shows.
Back in March, while performing in Auckland, she said: "Touring isn't something I'm good at... applause makes me feel a bit vulnerable. I don't know if I will ever tour again. The only reason I've toured is you. I'm not sure if touring is my bag."
The singer was one of the most prominent supporters of aid and relief following the Grenfell Tower fire that killed an estimated 80 people.
After taking part in a low-key vigil for the victims and paying a visit to the firefighters, the singer, who's from Tottenham, north London, used the Wembley concert to raise money for the relief efforts -- asking fans to donate £5 to Unite for Grenfell relief efforts.

Adele said Wembley's prices were "extortionate" and asked fans to donate rather than throw away money on "overpriced wine."
In the video message before the show, Adele also said: "It's been two weeks since the fire, and still the people who were affected by it are homeless. I promise that the money we raise together will go directly to the people who are living in that block."
During the show, she said on stage: "Usually I ask everyone to get their phone out and put their lights on. But before I do that I want you to donate."
"Did anyone see the video before I came on? I've been down to Grenfell tower.
"I can't tell you how out of control and how chaotic it still is down there, it's been two weeks since this happened... it's atrocious that we can't get answers."
She also dedicated her song "Hometown Glory" to the victims:

"Do not let them be forgotten. Do not let them continue to try and cover this up," she said:
