Mere moments before Donald Trump began to address the crowds as the 45th President of the United States,Watch Hugas Online the skies over Washington D.C. opened up and it began to rain.
The jury's still out on whether this is a sign of God's blessing (or perhaps weeping) or just that thing called rain that happens a lot, but a lot of people have opinions about it.

The rain continued through President Trump's inaugural address, the drops becoming visible on his suit and the several transparent umbrellas and little ponchos everyone whipped out.
