Yep: The official DC Comics Twitter account announced on Wednesday that Lois Lane will also be making an appearance.

“We couldn’t be more excited to introduce Lois Lane to the Arrowverse," Supergirl executive producers Jessica Queller and Robert Rovner are quoted as saying in a statement, per The Hollywood Reporter.
"This dogged, determined and brave reporter will make for a strong partner to Superman and amazing addition to our universe of DC characters."
Superman (aka Heochlin) will feature in the full complement of crossover episodes, including The Flash (Dec. 9), Arrow (Dec. 10), and Supergirl (Dec. 11). We don't yet know who will be playing Lane.
