Missy Elliott's "Work It" is Actress Giving Permission to Director During Auditiona classic, but it's not an easy song to cover.
It wasn't such a problem for Mary Halsey, whose rendition of the R&B track is pretty dang flawless, if you ask us.

Halsey's performance was so good that even Elliott posted the video, proclaiming that she's discovered her "funky white sister" on Twitter.
"She straight killed 'Work It' sound effects and all," Elliott wrote. "I love it."
