Monday night marks the first presidential debate of the 2016 election,Secret Confessions (2025) Tubong Lugaw Episode 47 and John Oliver warns that both candidates come with their faults — but "not being as bad as Donald Trump is a low bar to clear."
Oliver has spoken out against Trump before, but on the eve on what is expected to be a pinnacle moment in the election, Oliver warns that while both candidates come with their baggage, Hillary's baggage pale in comparison to Trump's.

In the interest of fairness, Oliver broke down what we actually know about Hillary's history with scandal. While he calls her out for lying in the media, her mistakes, Oliver asserts, are small flubs compared to the ethical compromises Trump has committed over the years.
"On top of Trump's personal tax records, there are unanswered questions about his business dealings. As many experts have pointed out, his investments, debts and business ties span the globe and could present unprecedented ethical challenges for a president," he said.
To simplify, Oliver uses an oatmeal raisin cookie.
"Ethical failings in a politician are like raisins in a cookie. They shouldn’t be there. They disgust people. But most politicians have at least a few raisins," he said.
Hillary's cookie is raisin-heavy, perhaps a few more than usual, but not unmanageable.
