During Black Friday I was interested in picking up the latest model of Kindle to keep me busy on my long journey back home, and I'm so glad I did. It's one of my favorite investments from last year, and it felt even better to get it on sale. This e-reader features a small, lightweight design that fit perfectly into my backpack. Reading is a joy thanks to the glare-free display and adjustable light. Whether I was reading during the day or late at night, it felt like I could settle into my book just a little bit easier. Not to mention, the battery life is excellent and can last for weeks. It's a perfect companion for those who travel frequently or even if you just enjoy digging into a good book at home on your couch.
