Did anyone else notice that David Karp's resignation letter from Tumblr was clearly written in Gmail?sex iraq video
That's right, Karp, we caught you. Tumblr's founder and former CEO doesn't use Yahoo mail, the mail service of Tumblr's parent company.

Tumblr did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
In the letter, Karp states that "This team and place has been my family and home for most of my adult life." Clearly, however, it hasn't been the home of his emails correspondence.
What's more, Twitter user @caspararemidiscovered that Karp's affinity for Gmail is no secret. Apparently, Google Apps service all of Tumblr's staff email accounts.
This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.
While Tumblr's staff may just be disloyal to their parent company, this probably reflects more poorly on the quality of Yahoo Mail than it does anything else.
In late 2014, a data breach compromised at least 500 million Yahoo user accounts (but maybe up to 3 billion). Security aside, even Yahoo's former CEO, Marissa Mayer, has indicated that she may prefer Google's apps to Yahoo's. The platform has problems, and this is just more proof that it's on its way out.
So there you have it, folks. If you needed any more proof that Gmail is the way to go, here it is.
