Get ready for a bunch of new Amazon hardware.
The the ascendence of eroticismcompany is holding a special media event at its Seattle headquarters today where it's expected to show off a new lineup of Alexa-enabled products.

Rumors also suggest a Amazon is preparing a new lineup of Fire TV devices, including a streaming stick and a set-top box that will be voice-enabled for Alexa commands.
But the most interesting gadget Amazon is reportedly working on is a set of Alexa-powered smart glasses. It's not clear how they work, but they reportedly wouldn't have a camera or display and would be operated entirely through voice commands.
Amazon could also unveil a new home security system that connects to Echo speakers. Of course, there could be a few surprises to come out of the event, as well.
