Warning: Contains both icy andfiery spoilers.
If that Maisie Williams interview slip is Mystery Archivesanything to go by, we've still got 14 long, hopeless months to wait before the final Game of Thronesseason airs.
That doesn't mean it's too early to start making predictions, though. With filming well underway and the cast constantly being asked about the show in interviews, the clues have already started rolling in.
Over on the Game of Thronessubreddit, the theory engine is still churning just as strong as ever.

Credit where credit's due -- they've put a lot of thought into that.
So how likely are all those things to actually happen, though?
Let's go through some of the bigger predictions one-by-one.
Yep, this one seems pretty likely. It's been on the cards ever since Daenerys' vision back in Season 2. I also like the idea that the Night's King will use a diversion tactic -- like the one used by the Lannisters against Daenerys' army in Season 7 -- in order to destroy King's Landing. As we've seen many times before Game of Thronesis an impressively circular show, so there would be a kind of rough justice in a Lannister downfall coming about as a result of a trick they've used themselves.
This one almost feels like a guarantee by this point. It was hinted at in the prophecy Cersei received as a child, and over the last couple of seasons it's been constantly reenforced in pretty much every suspicious stare that's passed between the siblings. Now that they're officially no longer on the same side, it seems inevitable.
This one almost sounds too good to be true. But then again we know Tyrion is George R. R. Martin's favourite character, so it's not inconceivable that he'll make it to the very end. And if he does, why shouldn't he finally find some peace and happiness?
This one seems horribly, horribly possible. We already know the ending of the whole show is going to be bittersweet, and this -- a victory for the characters we love marred by a sudden, unexpected death -- would definitely fulfil that definition.
It's also been a long time now since one of our favourite characters died. It seems unrealistic that George R. R. Martin will let us get to the story's conclusion without at least one of the biggest heroes meeting an untimely end.
