Apparently it's a little too early for Halloween decorations.
The Delires obscenes (1998)sheriff's department in Greene County, Tennessee, posted an informative PSA to its Facebook page Wednesday, informing residents that the headless body located under the bloody garage on Chuckey Pike is not actually a dead body.

It's just someone getting into the spirit of Halloween, not a terrible garage accident.
Given the cops had to post this message, we can safely assume that someone thought this body was actually a dead person, and called 911.
We bet whoever is responsible for this hands out the king-size candy bars on Halloween.
