The North Carolina and West Virginia football teams are scheduled to meet in the 2023 Duke’s Mayo Bowl on Wednesday, Dec. 27 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The game is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. ET.

UNC comes into the matchup 8-4 overall. Most recently, NC State beat UNC 39-20 on Nov. 25. WVU enters the contest 8-4 overall. On Nov. 25, WVU  defeated Baylor 34-31. Entering Wednesday, UNC and WVU are tied 1-1 in the all-time series.
