UPDATE: Feb. 24,Neglected wife movie - Jumpin at the Bedside (1976) 2025, 2:45 p.m. EST This article has been updated to include the streaming release details for "Longlegs," as well as the latest VOD pricing.
The best streaming deals to watch 'Longlegs':We've been anticipating the streaming debut of Longlegsfor months, and it's finally here. The horror movie was released on digital back in August 2024, but we had to wait six months for its official streaming release.
Written and directed by Osgood Perkins (I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House) and starring Maika Monroe (It Follows), Blair Underwood, Alicia Witt, and the one and only Nicolas Cage, Longlegswas a huge box office hit for the indie studio Neon. Critics called the film "unsettling," to say the least. If you have yet to see Cage in all his serial killer glory or want to make your skin crawl once again from the (dis)comfort of your home, here's everything you need to know about how to watch Longlegs online.
You can watch the Cage-led horror flick Longlegs on Hulu as of Feb. 14, 2025. The indie film distributor Neon has an output deal with Hulu, so this comes as no surprise. Longlegsmade its Hulu debut on Valentine's Day, and if you want to watch this flick on your next date night, then be sure to sign up for Hulu (or a 30-day free trial) before then.
Longlegsfollows the FBI investigation of a decades-long serial killing spree in Oregon. There's no other evidence at the crime scenes except for cryptic letters signed "Longlegs." It Followsstar Maika Monroe is the lead FBI agent, Lee Harker, who is assigned to investigate the serial killer — and it turns out she might be more connected to the case than it seems. Oh, and that serial killer? It's Nicolas Cage in some extremely haunting prosthetics and makeup.
Here's a glimpse at the horror-thriller in the official trailer:
A surprise hit, Longlegsbrought in over $126 million at the worldwide box office. That makes it the highest-grossing indie film of the year and the top-grossing R-rated horror film of 2024. And considering Neon's production budget was under $10 million (before prints and advertising costs), that also makes it a massive success.
Of course, box office numbers don't mean much unless people actually like the film. Fortunately, critic reviews are largely positive for the Nic Cage serial killer thriller. It currently has an 86 percent critic rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Interestingly, though, audiences aren't quite as enthusiastic, giving Longlegs a 61 percent score based on over 2,500 ratings.
Mashable's own critic noted that while Cage's performance was brilliant, the film "doesn’t fully (or even partway) commit to its most bone-chilling ideas."

Longlegsmade its at-home digital debut on Aug. 23, 2024. You can rent or buy the horror-thriller at digital-on-demand retailers like Prime Video, YouTube, and Apple TV. If you'd rather stream the film, keep reading for more information.
Note: If you choose to rent the film, you'll have 30 days to start watching and just 48 hours once you begin.
Here are some of the platforms where you can rent or purchase the film online:
Prime Video — $5.99 to rent or $19.99 to buy
Apple TV — $5.99 to rent or $19.99 to buy
Fandango at Home (Vudu) — $5.99 to rent or $19.99 to buy
YouTube — $5.99 to rent or $19.99 to buy
Google Play — $5.99 to rent or $19.99 to buy
Thanks to a Neon-Hulu output deal, Longlegsmade its long-awaited streaming debut on Hulu on Feb. 14, 2025. Hulu was one of the most affordable streamers at $7.99 per month, but it recently underwent a price hike, putting it on par with many other streamers at $9.99 per month. Fortunately, there are a few ways to save on your Hulu subscription. Plus, if you're new to the streaming service, Hulu offers a generous 30-day free trial.
Rather than paying $9.99 per month for Hulu, which adds up to $119.88 in a year, you can opt for an annual subscription and save 16%. An annual subscription with ads costs just $99.99 up front, which drops the monthly fee down to just $8.33 per month. Sure, you'll have to pay more upfront, but you'll end up keeping more in your pocket in the long run. It also saves you from inevitable price hikes for at least a year.
If you're already a Disney+ subscriber or you want to get more bang for your buck, you can sign up for the Disney Duo Basic bundle and get both Disney+ and Hulu for $10.99 per month. That's just $1 more than paying for Hulu alone, or a savings of 44%. Even better, if you're a sports fan, you can throw ESPN+ into the mix for only $16.99 per month total. That's 46% in savings on all three services.
Students looking to stream Longlegsand other Neon hits can sign up for Hulu for only $1.99 per month. That's a savings of 80% compared to the full cost of Hulu with ads. You'll just have to verify your college email address using SheerID to score the deal.
One of the best ways to get free streaming services, including Hulu, is to switch your mobile plan to T-Mobile's Go5G Next plan. Customers on this plan get Hulu with ads included in their plan for no extra cost, plus Netflix and Apple TV+. If you're already on a Go5G Next plan, head over to the T-Mobile promo page and choose "redeem now" to claim your offer. You'll have to enter your T-Mobile number and account details in order to sign up for Hulu.
Note: After your initial 12-month promotional period, you'll also have to take action in order to keep your subscription alive.
