TL;DR:Need some new peripherals for your PS5?Watch The Hills Have Thighs (2010) full movie PlayStation DualSense wireless controllers (now $49.99 in most colors) and Sony INZONE gaming headsets (starting at $79.99) are on sale at most major retailers as of August 9.
Now is looking like the best time ever to buy a PlayStation 5: Not only is the console itself on sale for an unprecedented $50 off, but some of its stellar peripherals are enjoying deep discounts, too.
First up is the PlayStation DualSense wireless controller, a gamepad with a built-in mic, haptic feedback, and adaptive triggers that one of my former colleagues deemed "the PS5's true secret weapon." Almost every single variant is on sale for $49.99 (save for the limited-edition Spider-Man 2and LeBron James ones), which is a match of a previous record-low we last saw around the holidays. You'll save $20 to $25 depending on the color:
White or Midnight Black — $49.99$69.99(save $20)
Gray Camouflage, Cosmic Red, Starlight Blue, Nova Pink, or Galactic Purple — $49.99$74.99(save $25)
This pricing is live on PlayStation Direct until Sunday, Aug. 20 as part of its big Summer Sale, and at the time of writing, it was being matched at Amazon, Best Buy, Dell (with on-page coupon codes), GameStop, Target, and Walmart.

We haven't personally reviewed them, but our friends at IGN (owned by Mashable's publisher, Ziff Davis) gave the high-end, noise-canceling H9 model a 7/10 review — it's not worth its full MSRP, but more reasonable on sale.
Sony INZONE H3 wired gaming headset — $79.99$99.99(save $20)
Sony INZONE H7 wireless gaming headset — $149.99$229.99(save $70)
Sony INZONE H9 wireless noise-canceling gaming headset — $249.99$299.99(save $50)
All three deals are live on the Sony website and PlayStation Direct until Monday, Sept. 11, with price matches available at Amazon, Best Buy, Dell (INZONE H9 only), Target, and Walmart when we last checked.
